A lot of guys who were busts have last names that start with W and two of them are Williams. Maybe this is a sign to not get Derrick Williams or Kemba Walker:D

Stevensen - Key player on title winning team - not a bust
Lopez - Injuries
Borchardt - Injuries, but were known about, could call a bust
Pavlovic - Sure, though he did play a lot in the NBA
Pavlovic - Bust
Humphries - A double/double guy. Definitely not a bust
Snyder - Bust
Almond - Bust
Fess - Maybe
Kouf - Traded to get Jefferson, not a bust

Considering most of those picks were post lottery, KOC hasn't done that bad at all.
 
Stevenson is definitely the kind of player who needs the right team to succeed, In Dallas he was asked to do 2 things. Shoot spot up 3's and defend as hard as possible. If you ask him to do anything outside of that, he sucks. Most players drafted after 20 aren't even in the league after 10 years, so for that alone I wouldn't call him a bust.

Fess was a 2nd round pick. By default you can't be a bust as a 2nd round pick.
 
I don't consider anyone picked at #8 to be a bust. Busts are picks 1-4 in any draft. Expectations after the first 4 picks drop significantly for me. Maybe there are some years where this is an exception but for the most part, anything after pick 4 is a crapshoot.

Olowokandi is the biggest bust, in my opinion. A guy who was questionable anyway, and lived down to every bad expectation, even exceeding some of them. Adam Morrison is a close second. Hasheem Thabeet, third.

I don't agree with Bradley or Araujo being on the list. Bradley was a disappointment and didn't live up to being the #2 pick, but he had a productive career. If Araujo, who was a reach, is a bust, where is Robert Traylor?

Did you happen to notice that on the original list the guys were primarily drafted near the top? Check the comparative draft positions of those two guys.

That said, I consider Stevenson a bust because he was stupid enough to have a $5 bill tattooed on his neck. What a moron.
