IS RUDY GOBERT GIVING HIS "ALL" ON DEFENSE?

That's the way I see it, too! He's probably pacing himself so that he doesn't get in foul trouble, end up on the bench and out of the game where he can be of NO GOOD whatsoever to the team! No need to play with "reckless abandon" and end up out of the game and even the league because of it! Give 100%....but remain under-control by picking your spots and using your brains!

carolina has it right. Rudy could easily average 3-4 blocks per game if he wanted to risk getting in foul trouble. How often to see guys get called for fouls even on clean blocks. Rudy has found his best asset is being on the floor. He never fouls out. And the fact that players simply don't take the shots anymore... HUGE. If anyone from the Mark Eaton days remember... Eaton's blocks were huge for several years. It took the league a years to figure out NOT to take the ball right at him. Once they did... his blocks went way down. With today's game being more outside focused its more about position and making teams take bad shots.
