I want to believe Grant Williams could be a Shawn Marion swiss army-knife player, but I'm pretty sure he isn't. He's not athletic enough. He's probably better than PJ Washington at UK though.

I'm optimistic about Okpala at Stanford. I think he's got the potential to be an impact player.

Yeah, he's not Marion levels of athletic, I do think he's a bit underrated in that department though, has more impressive vertical bounce than you'd think from scouting reports (had an impressive alley-oop vs Louisiana). Another guy that's really young for his class (he's actually a bit younger than Washington despite being a class ahead).

I don't mind Okpala, but I don't fully buy the shot.

Okpala is good at handling, driving the ball and changing direction for a 6'9" wing. He'll finish better and get more vertical as he gains strength. He's still growing into his frame. He has defensive potential, though he needs work, and his shot is on and off. His potential reminds me a little of Robert Horry at Alabama, though that's an old comp.

Not sure if he'd come out this year or not, but he could be available in the late teens or 20s. He should go ahead of Kris Wilkes, imo.
 
i am going to say that Killian tillie is going to have a long career in the nba under the current rules. His 3 point shooting will translate and he is serviceable enough to play defense. Is he going to be a star i dont think so but a solid back up yes. He would be a 100% improvement to bradley for a back up to Gobert
 
Has Jordan Nwora of Louisville been mentioned in this thread? Averaging 18 and 8 on 60% TS (48% FG, 40% 3pt) nba size at 6'7" 225. I might like him more than NAW. He's a soph and was 60%÷ TS as a frosh as well. Completely under the radar but looks like a first round guy to me.

Guessing by watching him that he is a pretty bad defender.

Yep I've been mentioning him here actually since he was a 3-star HS recruit... He's a joy to watch this season, by-far UL's best player... Actually reminds me of Jabari Parker and a lil of Jared Dudley and actually a bit of Nemanja Bjellica.. his shot is pure, theres not much of a debate to be had there..... I think he's actually a borderline 1st rd pick, he's really improved his conditioning the past few years and that is only gonna continue. Former fatbody. No doubt in my mind that at least on offense, that kid is an NBA player.

I think he's 6'8" too. When I watch him closely I can't help but think "this is what the NBA PF position is turning into"
