What's new

It's worth mentioning (regarding Celtics fans)

Eh, if Mitchell has exploded like he had we wouldn’t be talking about needing that third player. We’d have him

The Hayward hate is certainly justifiable but he became a legit all star here. Dude would have been great on this team.
Agree
If he had chosen Utah we wouldn’t be calling him low character lol.
He made a business decision, I don’t fault him for leaving, unfortunately it blew up in his face. He was the the biggest loser between himself and the two teams.
We would all be thinking it, but wouldn't say it.

Lol. Keep telling yourself that.

So even if Kyrie leaves, how does Boston make a trade for AD?
Obviously, NO demands Tatum. But would Boston have to add Smart (and maybe one more minor salary) to make the trade work?

The trade was Gordon Hayward for cap relief and opportunity for donavan mitchell. Ainge and Gordon earned their karma in the pursuing weeks.

Dawg, the man bought a Toyota Camry and a gaming “rig” with his first contract. That’s the Herb’st **** I’ve ever heard in my life.

He was wet willie’d in front of 20,000 people, with the potential his wife saw this happen.

That’s all I ever needed to know about the man.

Hahahahaha.

Wet willied. How do you not turn around and do something? Lol

I still say if Hayward has stayed with utah the entire narrative about him, aside from mission impossible, would be different.

Hayward’s more passive nature makes him an ideal robin. Mitchell’s energy and fight make him an alpha. Same with Gobert.

I don’t think Hayward would have stood up to, or impeded Mitchell’s explosion much, of at all.

I don’t fault Hayward for the decision he made. I absolutely fault him for how he made it.

for the record, I questioned his character more than a couple of times while he was on the Jazz (video game obsession, running off with a child-bride he barely knew).

Just when I didn't think Jazz fans could be more savage.

He would've silently resented it, though, and there's a good chance that puts some rot in the chemistry.

In theory, it would've been amazing. In practice, I don't know. Dude has the psychological makeup of a mass-shooter.

Here are some great facts about Gordon this playoff series.

He was a -54 against the bucks.

He scored 2 points in almost 30 minutes in game 4.

He scored 7 points in game 5.

He's getting paid 30+ mill a year to suck *** and is getting hazed hardcore. Stephen A. Blames him for the screwing up the entire season

Stephen A. Smith is the biggest joke in the sports-punditsphere. Hayward isn't good, but anyone that's paid any attention at all knows that that team's issue is that they couldn't get along and were selfish. That's on Kyrie.

Sure, you’re adding a different guy to the equation so things change and no one really knows how that would all play out.

Lol at your closing statement. Not arguing, just laughing.

yeah the Jazz are the big winners of the Hayward situation.... u cant be serious.. Clearly;Boris Diaw was the big winner. Joe Johnson too.. these guys who were overpaid in a desperate failed attempt to appease him

Celtics shooting 31% in game 5 lol

Haywood's 7 points.

Haywood has never scored 40 points in a regular season game....
