Rules:

Pick one player you hate regardless of draft position and one player you hate that you fear the Jazz will draft at 23.

You can put as many dislikes as you want.

I don't really hate anyone... I'll say Horton-Tucker
 
i don't really have anybody, but these are fun, so i will go with reddish, okpala, edwards. porter jr and langford would scare the **** out of me, but i've seen just enough to think they could pan out that i won't put them with that top group. it's a stretch with any of these 5, tbh, though i do legit hate reddish if i'm picking top 8.
 
I don't 'hate' anyone, but there are a few guys whom I don't really believe in as NBA players right now.

I don't think Naz Reid has much motor, desire or instincts on defense. Add these up, throw in the 14% body fat (despite his skinny build), and it shows a guy who just doesn't care much and who coasts on his natural talent. I don't think that will work in the NBA.

Grant Williams isn't tall, long, fast or otherwise athletic. He's been a so-so shooter so far. I don't see him being a starter, and I'm not even sure what position he can play on a good team. Decent college player though.

I don't know what to say about Romeo Langford, but I guess it depends on how injured he was this year.

I'm leery of Carsen Edwards. I like a guy who can shoot from the logos, but not a guy who can only shoot from the logos. Maybe he'll be like Seth Curry.
 
Interesting how the word 'Hate' has migrated culturally from meaning "I don't like that" to being more vile and sharp. So much so, that many people feel it necessary to clarify they don't 'hate' anyone. I think this is good.

So I don't hate anyone, but I have strong reservations about certain players and specifically about their ability to fit on the Jazz. FWIW, historically I have done very bad at these predictions.

Bol-Bol, because of questions about injury and motivation.
Coby White, because at college he relied on a level of athleticism that cannot carry him in the NBA.
 
I don’t hate a lot of dudes in this draft and that’s unusual.

I will say when the dust settles I feel at least 3 dudes will turn out better than RJ. I also think Ty Jerome has no business being talked about in the first round.
 
Dort. Hate him. Can’t stand him. He’s built strong but has no explosiveness. Seriously, watch his drives. Dude will get his **** swatted every time in the NBA. Oh yeah, his shot stinks for a wing too.

Maybe he could be a poor man’s Artest. I think he’ll have to evolve into a small ball 4 who can maybe hit 33% of his 3’s and defend very well to stick around.
