Exum is our only guy that can defend 1-3 in an elite fashion. We will need him for the playoffs. I know defense isn't sexy, and doesn't show up in stats, but it matters, especially in playoff moments.

I want Morris and Caruso, not just Caruso. This gives us a Lebron/Kawhi stopper (lol) and upgrade at the 4 as well as a point guard who can actually run an offense/score. It solidifies an additional position (the 4) and arguably two positions, given Exum barely plays and when he does he’s shaky.

This is wrong. Exum's value only increases when he is NOT playing. He hid in Australia instead of coming over to play college? Draft stock increased. He missed most of two seasons of his first four? Got rewarded with a big new contract. His absence only makes the heart grow fonder! If he can manage to sit out the upcoming season, he should be setup for a massive payout soon after.

Rockets and Warriors aren’t our biggest threats anymore. Figuring out how to deal with Denver, LA, Greek Freak, and Philly is.

Writing off GSW seems really, really premature. If they stay moderately healthy, they still have Steph and Green and DLo, I think they'll hang in there. If Klay comes back around Feb/March, they are a dangerous team come playoff time.

Why not give Exum some time to get better and heal up. Once he’s healthy he’ll be easier to trade. Maybe he steps up and plays well and stays healthy. Trade him later on in the season before the trade deadline. His value will be higher and we could pick up a big name in the trade and make our team even better. Once Exum is healthy, he opens up a lot of options for jazz.

Houston doesn’t scare me.

Paul is a year older and it looked like they lost some of their mojo in the playoffs.

Plus, our problem wasn’t on the defensive end. It was our offense. That’s fixed.

Nailing those wide open 3s instead of bricking them so they can fastbreak us to death will change things 180 degrees.

Conley is legitimately better than Chris Paul at this point. Could we have ever said that Rubio was in the same solar system as Paul?
