It's a 10 round draft. You'll make a starting 5, along with 5 bench players. You can pick any player who ever lived (think of it like you're making a fantasy team where all players are in their primes).

The draft order is randomly determined, and it's a snake style draft (if you pick first in the 1st round, then you pick last in the 2nd round, and so on). When it's your turn to pick, you have 12 hours on the clock (but try to make your pick as quickly as possible so things don't drag).

You can trade picks and players however you'd like.

When the draft is complete, we conduct 16 team tournament, just like the NBA Playoffs. The winner of each match is determined by a Jazzfanz poll: the team with the most votes moves on to the next round until we crown a winner.
