Thanks for proving my entire point. When you have to go to insults, you are the problem just as much as any other person. This is "The division of America" and precisely why nothing is getting done.

Honest question because I don’t know. Is everyone who tries to come into the country illegally seeking asylum? How do we as a nation differentiate between those seeking asylum and those just coming over the borders?

None of the people seeking asylum are coming into our country illegally. If they are seeking asylum they have to declare that and submit paperwork.

Those not seeking asylum, who cross at non-authorized entry points are entering illegally. You can't cross the border and go on about your life and then when found here illegally say "I'm seeking asylum." In order to seek asylum you have to declare that fact as soon as possible after entering the country.

Just curious, what’s wrong with calling white supremacists, “White supremacists?” I don’t get it. You seriously don’t think Trump is one? Really? Steve King? The white supremacists who marched on Charlottesville? You don’t think Tucker and Laura’s nightly “our culture is changing! The new people aren’t assimilating! AOC isn’t American! Omar supports terrorists!” Isn’t white supremacy? Really? Open a ****ing history book man. This type of rhetoric was regular among eugenics/white supremacists from the early 1900s. It’s just being broadcast today by television.

I’m curious, why can’t we compare these detention centers from being Nazi concentration camps? Are people not living in terrible conditions? Are they not being abused? Are they not dying? What exactly is preventing them from qualifying as a concentration camp? I want qualifiers here.

It’s odd that some people on here are trying to “both sides” this thing. Take a step back and look at what’s happening. If Democrats and Never Trumpers are describing your side accurately, maybe you should re-evaluate which side your loyalty lies? You might not end up on the right side of history.

One party has passed dozens of bills to improve health care and fund the detention centers better to improve living conditions. The senate has killed all of these bills. The senate kills most detention funding bills because they don’t contain the wall funding that Donald said Mexico was going to pay for.
