Take these over Planters, cheaper of course but also tiny, tender and delicious.
I used to eat a lot of raw unsalted almonds cause they are pretty good for you, cheap, and taste good.
Then I got a kidney stone and the doctor told me that almonds might have been a factor. Won't eat em now lol

Time to get a new Dr Bruh. I eat nuts and sodium like it's going out of style but also drink tons of water. Probably eating too much red meat, soft drinks to form all that uric acid. No offense though, peace.

Also it’s no wonder OneLove is perpetually single. The guy has the personality of an uptight turnip.

Our current snacks in our cabinet.

Raw whole cashews
Roasted, salted pistachios
Fig newtons
Whole Wheat Ritz crackers
Sweet Chili Whole Grain Tortilla chips with sprouted flax, quinoa, chia, broccoli and radish
Had another one similar to that it just wasn’t sweet chili

Most common kidney stone is made of calcium oxalate, almonds contain oxalates.

The best intervention is lots of water and a healthy diet all around— but for ppl who try their best and still get stones, lowering oxalate intake helps.

Nah I don't drink soft drinks and don't eat much red meat. Ate almonds like a ************* though.

People's bodies are different though so how yours reacts to almonds and how mine does could differ

Hoping to in the next 30-60.

While we’re on this topic, pistachios have shot up my big board past cashews as the #1 nut of choice! Salted, roasted ones are like crack.
If you haven't already, you need to try this..
