I’m still upset Ony or however his name is spelled got a contract over Brantley, for the life of me I don’t understand this
Brantley's ceiling is higher, but Oni is ready to play a role now, much like Royce O'Neale a year or two ago.
How much have you seen of either player? There is a limited amount of highlights on Youtube. I trust the Jazz's coaching staff and management teams to make the decision.Disagree. Who’s mind is Oni going to take? He’s not going to play. He will be in GLeague like Brantley. Brantley should’ve been the one with the contract.

Oh please!! Watching SL it’s evident who the better player is, and there’s a bigger need for Brantley on the roster than Oni.How much have you seen of either player? There is a limited amount of highlights on Youtube. I trust the Jazz's coaching staff and management teams to make the decision.
Good thing you don’t base these decisions off of 5 summer league games.
There is so much more that goes into these decisions. Did you see them in practice? Have you reviewed the scout’s notes on each player? Are you familiar with the Jazz’s proprietary method for evaluating players? Did you do a film study of defensive intelligence and tendencies?
I just don’t understand how fans can be so passionate on the 50th pick of the draft.
I got excited when I saw his dunk against the Spurs, but then I remembered he’s the 50th pick of the draft.

You’re doing a great Bolomboy routine right now.Right, because good players have never come out of the second round. I saw first round talent.

If they'll both be in G league why does it matter?Disagree. Who’s mind is Oni going to take? He’s not going to play. He will be in GLeague like Brantley. Brantley should’ve been the one with the contract.

You should submit a resume to one of the 30 NBA teams.
Give me a break. It’s like one or two players a year that make it out of the second round. Lates 50s it’s one or two every 5 years.
All that being said, I hope he proves me wrong.

I was right then to. IMO needs a realistic shot to develop. He hasn’t played basketball as long as most have. He’s raw and needs time, but his potental is high. Unfortunately organizations aren’t as patient as they used to be. It’s not a matter of I know more than they, more of they want results now. You’re doing a great Bolomboy routine right now.
Holy ****. Lol. Alright, well make sure you take it up with Royce personally.I was right then to. IMO needs a realistic shot to develop. He hasn’t played basketball as long as most have. If he proves himself, they’ll offer him a contract next year - just like they did with Georges Niang. There’s nothing stopping them from adding him to the 15 man roster sometime in the next 12 months. They still control his rights in a 2-way contract. I think it’s critical that all 3 guys get consistent minutes with the Stars.Disagree. Who’s mind is Oni going to take? He’s not going to play. He will be in GLeague like Brantley. Brantley should’ve been the one with the contract.
