What's new

2019-20 schedule

** Jazz should win about 14 of their first 19 games in Oct/Nov.
** Jazz should win 10 out of 14 games in Dec.
** Jazz will be favored in 12 or 13 games out of 15 in January.

Jazz could be 35-11 or 36-10 by the end of January. Not kidding. Schedule starts getting tougher in February.

This excites me. :)

Gag on how often NOP is on TV. Nba goes to extreme measures to buoy that franchise up. I hope the cultural significance of subsidizing NOP makes up for the hits on the leagues bottom line.

They are the closest team to me so I will be at the games in January in New Orleans.

5th hardest pre All Star. 24th hardest part All Star.

So better than last year, but 4th year in a row of a really unbalanced schedule. Maybe more but that's all I can see data for.

That sucks for the players and their all star accolade chances.

They’re propping up Zion lol. You have to.

True but the Jazz will go into the playoffs with lots of momentum and firing on all cylinders.

So we face our conference finals/NBA finals rivals in the second week of November: LAC, PHI/MIL. Interesting.

Strength of schedule... Utah is 12th. That's way better than last year. Weren't we top 3?

Wouldn't it always be unbalanced due to being in the WC - 4 games vs most WC teams but just 2 against EC teams (since the EC has a poorer W/L percentage than the WC)? The only real differences are which WC teams Utah faces just 3 times. And, as Utah gets better, SOS gets better as Utah displaces higher ranked teams.

Western teams tend to have a harder schedule. But not always.
