Food for thought...Locke preached last year the advantages we had with Crowder and others taking threes. Now he is spitting out numbers where they actually were awful from behind the three point line. Were Locke and Larson being disingenuous preaching propaganda instead of truly reading the numbers.

Would we have went further in last years playoffs if we played like a regular team without over emphasizing the three?

100% travel. Funny how he mostly does legal step backs but then once every 10 or so times he throws in double step back which refs do not call. If I where him I would double step back all the time until it starts getting called.

It is too bad the league didn't clear up if this was a travel in the offseason. If I'm a player not even a star. I'm doing it forcing the refs to call it.

So, you play pickup behind the line. Seems boring way to play. Might as well just shoot around by yourself. I occasionally will shoot a trifecta in a pickup game. But, that is not my forte I'd rather drive.

I don't play pick up anymore. I'm just saying that if the analytics are in favor of NBA team's to shoot the three then they are even more in favor of pick up ball going by ones and twos.

Makes sense.
To explain it further for those who don't get it, 2 points is twice as much as 1 point which is often the way scoring is done in pick up ball.
3 points isn't twice as much as 2 points which is how the scoring is done in the NBA. Add in the fact that you typically don't shoot free throws in pick up games and it's even a greater strategy to shoot only 3's in pick up ball.
