I'm Quitting The Jazz

Here are my reasons...

1. They excel at mediocrity.

I am going to wait and see who wins the championship. A bandwagon championship is better than no championship... ever.

Let me give you a slightly larger picture just in case you chicken out:

1. Ingles is over the hill. Utah just extended him.

2. Mitchell is an inefficient, cut rate star who can't create a high quality shot when it counts. He's hope's lynchpin.

3. Gobert is either past his peak already or going to enter decline shortly. There is a good possibility a decline for a guy his size and athletic game happens rapidly once it starts. On the positive side, there's also a good chance he gives solid production for a few years and then becomes a serviceable vet like Noah.

4. Conley's contract.

5. No draft picks.

Utah may be mediocre for a couple more years only to be right back in the dreaded rebuild phase once again. Endure the torture that is being a Jazz fan or jump ship like a wuss and deal with the mixture of guilt, emptiness, and lack of true passion that being a passive bandwagon fan will give you. Empty, unfulfilling pleasure.

I'm quitting too! In fact, I want my 17.99 back even though I've got 5 more games to watch before it expires! I would rather watch a YMCA game or and AND 1 game before watching these clowns play another game. There offensive system is now so pathetically flawed as to be totally UNWATCHABLE. If Quinn had the last say so on trading for Conley and unloading Rubio and Favors....they should seriously consider firing his sorry A$$! Nothing more to root for with this Jazz squad, and there is NO LIGHT AT THE END OF THIS TUNNEL!

Good. Stfu and don’t post anymore

I think you have Rudy and Donavon wrong. That being said we should trade Rudy.

The last few games I've quit watching and went and played COD. I love the Jazz and can handle watching losses and even sometimes blowouts but when it's this bad where they're not even completive I'm going to do something else that entertains me.
I have been lucky and have had rehearsals for a nutcracker play/dance my daughter is in while the last games have taken place. The rehearsals have been like 5 hours long so I set the games to record, check the score when I get home, see the blowout is on and simply delete the recording.

That brutal stretch claimed Scat. Other than a rough spot in late January we should enjoy a lot more winning. Guys, we are jazz fans. When we win it will be epic but it'll be damn hard. Have to learn to enjoy the game.

Some physicality is lacking on the team. I'd imagine we'd benefit big from a Randle or Lance Stephenson type player. They'd get triple doubles. I bet we do make a move to counter the Lakers. AHHH THE DRAMA I likes it

Being a fan is stupid and I sometimes wish I would spend my time doing something more uplifting/healthy/productive/impactful/etc. My relationship with the Jazz is entirely one way. Any concern the Jazz organization has for me is based purely on a desire to get money from me. But at the end of the day, I love my Jazz and will be a fan until I die. Anyways, good luck Scat. Have fun being a Laker lol

Yes, you probably should.

2. Have the rudest fans in the league.
3. A double standard coach who ruins good talents. E.g. Lyles, Exum, Burks, Burke.
Totally agree. I've been saying it for years. He's dreadful at giving players confidence and developing their game. In fact he makes the players doubt themselves. In fact I said this before Dante would shoot the pull-up before he got to the NBA. Now even when he's wide open he won't even attempt a mid-range shot. Sure injuries have hampered his confidence. So has his douchebag coach. Those other players he ruined to until they left. They were all high level talent when they came to quin. In fact Alec is doing much better individually away from quin. And Lyles has been starting for Denver sometimes. This tells it's better to be away from quin.

Even though I don't pray, I pray my son never grows up to be like this. Lol
