Its by design. I think Quin gives him the green light since nobody else can score outside of Green on occasion.

Mudiay has been okay. Did he travel for his first and-one bucket? Yes.

Was he forced to put up a tough shot due to the shot clock but nailed it regardless? Yes.

I still don't like the way he plays, never did, with any team. But his first half was okay.
