I'm wary of Ghostbusters sequels and the trailer being completely devoid of comedy is not encouraging.

no no no and nope!

This movie is gonna suck.

Why can’t we just leave corny 80 comedies alone? What next, reloading Back to the Future? I’m actually surprised this hasn’t already happened.

Yes. The premise is that they’re sitting through Egon’s garbage and I presume all that paranormal activity are stored ghosts of his. Main character is his grandson. All the old characters will be roped into the storyline answering questions that makes it a continuation, and an explanation of the past 30 years.

Continuing the storyline only takes you so far. At the end of the day, if the movie isn’t good, it isn’t good.
