I hate to think about DWill not on the Jazz. He is a top 10 player in the league. It is hard to let that go. We got some amazing pieces out of the deal and I am really excited about the future of the Jazz. Here is an update about DWill thanks to the Salt Lake Trib:

The two big things that I got out of this. First, his wrist is not yet healed from a surgery he had in April that originally had a rehab timeline of 6 to 8 weeks. That would scare me if I am a Nets fan. We saw first hand how much it bothered him when he would get it banged up.
I don't believe that DWill will ever be a Jazz man while he is still in his prime but I do find it interesting what he says about Utah: "I'm in San Diego most of the time. We've come back a couple times this summer. I'll probably end up buying a house when I'm done. Somewhere in Utah; probably Park City. I love Utah. I just can't stay somewhere year-round. That's why I end up moving in the summer. You've got to get away sometimes." Not many NBA players, let alone ones that arguably are superstars like the state of Utah and want to continue to come back even after they no longer have any actual ties to here.
After reading this article I like DWill even more. Sad that he is gone, but incredibly happy for the future of the franchise.
