The Miracle in Miami!

Yeah it was for the sub at four minutes. He was in for the final play iirc.Is that what he said at the 4-min mark? I thought that quote was attributed to what he said before the final play
I didn't say it was lucky they were good. I said the team was lucky to win. The Rockets got killed by the freaking suns like 3 days ago and we had to make a fading 3 to beat them. Get your head out of the sand and realize this team is flawed with Conley starting. There is no luck in Clarkson and Conley having good games against the Rockets switching defense. Joe has always struggled against it. Rudy doesn't punish small players. Jordan was incredible in beating his más off the dribble and getting all the way to the rim (Rockets have no rim protection now). Conley did the same. Both were very capable in attacking the switch. Donovan was more effective once Harden got into foul trouble. Again, Jordan and to a lesser degree Conley having good games was no luck but part of the game plan.
Hmmm. Well, I disagree with Clarkson on this one. We needed him for at least 4 more possessions. The possessions that Conley used weren’t awesome.Yeah it was for the sub at four minutes. He was in for the final play iirc.
But Conley is getting more points and other stats, and he's only pulling down a few of our other players to do it. He's awesome. He was needed to counter small ball. He dribbles pretty good. He just needs some more time to gel. We can only win a game like this with Conley. He was almost an all-star a year ago. He's the secret to a championship. Etc. Etc.Hmmm. It did look like he got fouled. So after watching the replay and everyone's reaction, I like the view from the other basket where you see the reaction on Joe's face. After he inbounds it and Bojan goes up for the shot, Joe extends his arm to the ref and starts to look over in disbelief that he got fouled, then it drops and his reaction changes to "oh it doesn't matter!"
I want to see the percentage of possessions used by Conley skew heavily in favor of the corner 3. I know this is sarcasm... but just wanted to point something out... Dante is no longer in the rotation for Cleveland... just think about that for a minute. Are we sure that we should’ve traded for Clarkson? Maybe we gave up on Exum too quickly? After all, I heard he played good defense on Harden 3 years ago and one time he scored 15 pts for the Cavs.
He may not be in the rotation, but that doesn't mean his $10M isn't still on the books for next year.I know this is sarcasm... but just wanted to point something out... Dante is no longer in the rotation for Cleveland... just think about that for a minute.
Why are you still talking about Exum? He's gone, almost everybody agrees it was a good deal for the Jazz. Get over it.Are we sure that we should’ve traded for Clarkson? He's not gone. His spirit still lives on in Jordan Clarkson. Clarkson is The Phoenix. Why are you still talking about Exum? He's gone, almost everybody agrees it was a good deal for the Jazz. Get over it.
