Prices on coal and coal industry jobs were falling long before Obama became President (even before Bush 43 became President), and they are still falling. Coal simply costs more than fracked oil, and is falling behind wind and solar. Obama's regulations changed very little there.

A two-for-one: it's a lie Politifact is left-leaning, and a lie that Obamacare was responsible for people's policies being cancelled. People had insurance policies cancelled long before Obama became President, and it continued afterward. So, that's lies #3 and #5 for you.
