CID?I'll watch a little bit but I'd rather be playing CID with the boys
Way harder than you can get, tbpfh.NAOS is DGAFing so hard!
What rule changes specifically?Between the rule changes and Jazz players in the game I'm more interested in the All Star game than I've been in a very long time. Which is to say I might watch it.
1. You have to be a fan of GobertWhat rule changes specifically?
The resetting of the score at the end of each quarter and then playing until whatever the leading score is plus 24. I'm curious, but skeptical, about it making the game more competitive. What rule changes specifically?
I don't really understand what you mean by "whatever the leading score is plus 24"The resetting of the score at the end of each quarter and then playing until whatever the leading score is plus 24. I'm curious, but skeptical, about it making the game more competitive.
I think it's like if the east was 100 and the West was 105 to start the 4th quarter then you add 24 points to the team that aheads total (129 in this scenario) and the two teams play "first to 129 wins the game".I don't really understand what you mean by "whatever the leading score is plus 24"

No time limit. People are hoping it would be more defensive minded in this scenario.

Sorry, I worded that really poorly. Each quarter is a mini game with a charity prize. At the end of the third they add up each teams scores and the teams play to a final score of whatever the leading team has plus 24 points. So if the scores of each quarter are 30-40, 25-30, 40-30, the score to start the fourth would be 95-100 with an untimed quarter to reach 124 points to win the game.I don't really understand what you mean by "whatever the leading score is plus 24"
They need Zach lavine in the dunk contest. Of course if he were in it every year then no one else would ever have a chance at winning it.I used to love all star weekend when I was a kid, especially the Saturday night festivities. I'll never forget Vince Carters performance in the 2000 dunk contest. I used to enjoy the game as well, it used to be a lot more competitive and they used to actually play some defense. I still watch the Saturday night stuff but it's just not as good as it used to be and I haven't watched the actual game in years, I may tune in this year just to watch Rudy and Donovan.
