Has anyone here ever been to this place? How was the show and/or the food? I'm getting dragged there on Monday and have no idea what to expect about it.

It was weird. I got dragged there as well. Some people really enjoy it, but it's not really my thing. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

I went 6-7yrs ago and the food at the restaurant attached to it was good IMO and while plays aren't really my thing it was entertaining/funny enough that I didn't dislike it. Oh and they did a spin of Jekyll and Hyde when I went.

Just be like "Let's just goto Tuacahn".

Because Tuacahn is actually good. Except Southern Utah is pretty terrible, so.

I went several years ago. Can't remember what the production was, but it wasn't too bad.

Tuacahn is worth the price of admission, and even worth traveling to SoUtah. Some of the local playhouses can do some decent stuff, it just depends on if you are a judgmental neanderthalian tool or if you can appreciate watching people do something most people would be afraid to try, even if they don't do it perfectly, while being entertained on a night out supporting a local business with people you care about.

The Terrace Plaza Playhouse in Washington Terrace puts on some nice plays. My daughter was in their rendition of A Christmas Carol and I really enjoyed the performance.

Go with an open mind and you might find you like it more than you thought you would. Go in there with the attitude of "ewww a play, ugh who would ever pay to watch one of these when I could sit home watching super-bad or internet porn over and over again for free instead" and you will pretty much guarantee you won't like it.

I say go, enjoy it, expand your horizons, don't be so uptight. Really in the end it is up to you.

Didn't know what you were talking about so I went to their website......

Now playing...... Hunk-Cules? Yeah, you should probably come down with something tonight. Then again, I've never been to a play I've ever liked. They were all pure torture.

I've been to several performances at The Hale Center Playhouse and have thoroughly enjoyed each one. I highly recommend them.

Yeah the long summer for extra swimming and outdoors stuff like Zion. Less than 2 hours from Vegas.... yeah it pretty much sucks and Provo is just the ****.

I've enjoyed them. Just don't go in with the attitude that you're too above it/too cool.

It's a great place to visit. Actually living here is terrible.
