I really don't understand the idea that Joe Biden is "the electable one." He's always been a gaffe machine, but in the last few months that's been cranked up to eleven. Add the Hunter Biden nonsense, which will surely turn into Hillary's emails 2.0, and I just don't see it. His organization and ground game thus far has left a lot to be desired--he doesn't have anything like Bernie on that front.Biden is still weak. I get that he feels revitalized after South Carolina, but he finished 5th in New Hampshire behind both Warren and Klobuchar, and lost by 27 points in Nevada. Bernie should still come in well ahead of Biden in the final delegate tallies, and it's going to feel like a robbery if Bernie doesn't end up with the nomination.
Biden can't speak in complete sentences and he's going to get flayed if he goes up against Trump.
But hey, the Dems went the uninspiring safe moderate with ginned up legal scandals route four years ago and that went great so what do I know.
