I hope these Lincoln Project videos speak to people who support neoconservatism enough to get votes away from Trump to make sure he isn't re-elected. If in the 2024 election they are making anti Democratic candidate videos then so be it.

I'm anti-war as well, don't want to get us into decades-long conflicts unnecessarily, but supporting the enemy of my enemy is a pill I have to swallow this election cycle.

The Iraqi War was a debacle but I think there's a strong argument to be made that America should maintain a presence in Afghanistan. I'd really like to see arguments made about how isolationism helps bring about global peace, stability, and prosperity. Had America maintained a presence in Iraq/Iraq's airspace rather than invaded/regime change, things might be a lot better today.

Furthermore, we can worry about our alliance with conservatives later. Right now, the 5 alarm fire is the authoritarian in the white house.
