What's new

2020 Presidential election

Thanks for proving my point @red. That you have no self thought and have to use preprinted opinions from so no name guy who's not even a journalist. I literally had to Google the guy and there was minimal info for him. Nowhere dies that stupid article provide an ounce of intelligence or proof that this is Russia. This was an email between Biden and Ukraine, not Russia. Lol how stupid.

You hypocrites impeached Trump for less, literally over hearsay.. You morons accused Trump of ******** on soldiers over anonymous sources(same as impeachment) but an actual email with actual wording is propaganda. An actual written note by John Brennan saying he informed Obama that Hillary was allegedly working up a plot to take down Trump is nothing.

Communism.

Yep. That’s the game. Senate republicans are cutting bait with trump and are already working to undermine the Biden administration... to the detriment of our entire economy.

Tell me again how both sides are the same! LOL

Props to you for pointing this out so promptly.

I’m so disappointed in this “class/forum” in its lack of understanding of simple political principles that I don’t know how/where to start.
So, with that said, I guess I’m a racist, world-killer, too.

I’m astounded at America.. but flabbergasted that a ‘conservative’ state could be so hateful and dumb.

peace out to America.. I’ll be okay while the masses destroy it.
Sounds like you’re sitting on inside information again. The truth fits so snuggly under you, like an egg under a chicken.

Us dummies will just have to wait. I guess.

Last night I listened to the interview of the guy who supplied Rudy’s lawyer with the hard drive. Poor guy, he was so confused! Like everything else of late, this too shall blow up in Republican faces. Poor Trump. He was so counting on Bill Barr to release big new from the Durham investigation. Didn’t happen. So instead, poor Trump is forced to rely on still another Rudy Giuliani tale. This is the best they could do by way of an October surprise. And once again, weaving in help from Russia! Lol, the fast approaching landslide is going to be so sweet....

Lol yet you believe anonymous sources and say they should remain anonymous so people don't do exactly what your doing to this guy

"Mac Isaac appeared nervous throughout. Several times, he said he was scared for his life and for the lives of those he loved. "

He should be. Look how people like red are already attacking him.

the funny thing is people like red are not attacking whether or not the hard drive exists they are attacking the person. Just like master wants.

I think we can all agree that a few things should happen for Election Day:

1. Every state should have early in-person voting. Whether this is 1 week, 2 weeks, etc., this should be open to all registered voters who might have obligations on Election Day.

2. Election Day should be a national holiday. Regardless of who you vote for, people should receive this day off if your work recognizes it and you should be able to exercise your right.

It shouldn't be hard to vote and we shouldn't suppress anyone's right to do so regardless of their political leanings.

I will be voting in person on October 26th. As for election day, I signed up for overtime that day lol.

Just another person who apparently thinks less of america and Americans after 3 and a half years of trump.

I too think the trump presidency has had a negative effects on our country and it's citizens.

I'm not ready to give up on America or it's citizens however. I think we will be able to recover from the effect of trumpism.

I've never had much of a line if any at all, either. Funny how Democratic areas in Republican states seems to have lines that literally take all day to get through. Really funny. Like laugh out loud rolling on the floor my stomach hurts, funny. Except not funny at all.

Make no mistake - this is part of the "November surprise."

Trump is urging all his voters to vote at the polls. On election night Trump is going to look to delay the certification of the vote count in several swing states by claiming voter fraud via mail-in ballots. He'll use the courts to try to throw out mail-in ballots (no doubt the vast majority of which will be for Biden) in an attempt to change the outcome of the election - state-by-state.

It'll be just like Bush v. Gore in 2000. But this time it won't be just Florida - it'll be Florida plus another 6 to 10 states. And what do you think will happen when it gets to the Supreme Court and the 3 justices that he personally appointed?

Hang on to your hats.

From a pure risk management perspective, asking your voters to vote in-person on election day is fraught with peril. Every year, machines go down, lines are long and some might become disenfranchised and leave, weather issues preventing people from voting (especially seniors), wrong polling place, not on voting roll, etc.

I'd much rather be in Biden's position where you rack up votes in advance and spreading that risk over many days vs. one. If I were to venture a guess, it will make for some good case studies/college thesis' in the future.

Yes, we have to expect he will try to retain power in the fashion you describe. But I would not discount the impact early voting might very well have, in Biden’s favor. Judging by the lines this week, and the willingness of citizens to vote the bum out, again, based on comments from the people willingly enduring those lines.

And in RI, where I live, the state received less than half the mail ballot requests they planned for. Interesting to know if a similar pattern played out in other states. Trump is counting on far more of his supporters voting in person on Nov. 3’rd. That may very well be, but, at this stage, I anticipate a landslide, which, in part thanks to two plus weeks of early voting, might even become apparent before Election Day is over. That said, the two months plus separating election night from inauguration may be quite tumultuous. And I expect Trump to try to get the election to the Supreme Court. Personally, I think he is in for a big surprise before it ever gets to that stage.

Agreed - this is why I've always said this needs to be a blow out. Biden needs to win by 8-10% nationally and greater than 3-5% in each swing state - otherwise Trump and Barr will turn this into a cluster **** like you've never seen.

Get in office, sell out the American people, the goal of all career politicians but a few. Clinton had a private server and was selling access. This isn't funny and y'all who post here will defend it. What does that say about you all? Traitors.

Defend what again? Who are you talking about getting in office and selling out the American people? Biden? He hasn't won the election. Yet.
