Following Potential 2020 draftees

A big if since he didn’t do it in games.
I'd say its a medium if since he shot free throws well and his form on the 15 foot pick and pop looks pretty pure. He seems like a workers so I think its a fair projection.

The bigger if is can he guard on the perimeter imo. Otherwise is he small Meyers Leonard? Is he Jamychal Green-ish?

I think he's a legit possiblilty... he might become what DL thought he could get in Trey Lyles. I wouldn't hate it but its not sexy at all and would seem to be drafting for current need which is not a super sound strategy (because most rookies suck).

Pretty sure if everyone here saw Tony Bradley play Zeke Nnaji 1v1 to 15 by the end of it no one here would want to draft Nnaji in the first.

Certainly, I think it sends a significant message if the Jazz draft a clear big with their first-rounder: negotiations with Gobert ain't going totally swimmingly.

Zeke would be a good hedge IF he can play 4. Since that is something we can't know yet then, well, I don't know.

In any case, the Jazz's abject inability to address the 4-spot since Millsap left has held them back, IMO. So I'm about figuring it out. It's a big reason why I like Woodard.

Your inclinations are several years behind. You think Utah's gonna send a message to their $100MM+ player in his prime with a $2MM 1st rd pick? That adds up in your mind as a plausible scenario?

Utah is far more likely to draft a SF/PF tweener type than to go after a "Big" and test him at the 4...

You may remember a player named Derrick Favors? They tried that experiment here for years with Rudy... You think their gonna invest a 1st rd pick to test the water on starting another cycle of that?

I can say with great confidence Nnaji will not be the pick...

When you think of how Utah lost in the playoffs... What does Zeke Nnaji exactly bring to the table? Denver plays Michael Porter Jr at the 4. MPJR is even taller than Nnaji... You're gonna draft this kid to guard someone like MP JR?

Thats a disastrously bad take...

you must have never seen Zeke Nnaji play... Is that the impression your trying to give here? cuz ur doing a resoundingly good job at it..

What this guy is talking about is grounded almost entirely in fantasy... make believe... he's fallen victim to narrative bias and just wont put it down, just gonna keep on running with it.

I've been here posting about Zeke Nnaji since his recruitment first blew up and he surfaced as a t100 prospect, but what would i know.

Zeke Nnaji is at least as mobile and versatile a defender as Jalen Smith is out on the floor. Make sense yet?
The guy who averaged less than a block a game playing C in over 30MPG is as versatile a defender as Jalen Smith? no.... that doesnt make any sense... why would it?

U gonna tell me how great the talent is in the pac12 and thats why nnaji couldnt block a shot a game? the pac12 has been pitiful for years now..
