Last time, Jokic shot a lot of contested mid-range shots. He made a lot of them, but the Jazz kept him off the rim for the most part.

Still had a triple double. The rest of the team was less productive

Making Jokic work is the key to beating them. If you force him to effort for 40 minutes, he may get his, but his but he is less efficient doing so and his teammates tend to stand around and watch.

This going to be a tough game. we need multiple guys to play well and for our defense to be great. Jokic is going to get his. He is a great player but we need Rudy to be like he has the last few games. Last time we played the Jazz were mentally tough and hung on to win despite poor play by Bogey and DM. I am nervous about this game but feel if we shoot like we have been then we should win.

Every time I watch the nuggets I think about how Murray looks like dog **** most nights but went supernova against us in the playoffs. It makes no damn sense.

I think we saw some stuff against Dallas that we can use against Jokic. Namely... let’s put Rudy on someone other than Jokic for a bit and block the paint off. Let Royce pick up Jokic up top and have Rudy help at the rim. I just don’t want to see the same **** where we ask Rudy to protect the paint and drop on the pick and roll... and then expect him to close to Jokic.
