If Denver beats Portland they have a likely first round matchup against the Lakers. Doubt they want that but also the Clippers would have to lose against the Thunder for them to stay at 3.

We should honestly be glad the Suns won that game at this point.
With the Clippers being cowards and tanking tonight, if the Blazers had beaten the Suns, they would have rested starters against Denver on Sunday, which would have resulted in the Nuggets finishing 3rd and Clippers finishing 4th.
I believe they called it on Gobert. Since he wasn’t playing that game, they’ll award him the PF at the beginning of a game against the Lakers.

Jazz won't know their opponent in the 1st round until Friday night, next week. However, it will be narrowed down to two teams on Wednesday evening.
Well, assuming the Suns beat the Spurs the next two games, I suppose the “good”news is the Jazz could possibly lose the Kings game if they wanted to end up the 2nd seed. However, other than the Suns/Spurs game, all other relevant western conference games are scheduled for the same time on Sunday. That was smart of the NBA. Makes it so most teams really cannot strategy lose to get a particular playoff matchup.
Well that’s not stopping them from currently doing it.
