Game Thread May 31, 2021 07:30PM MT: Jazz at Grizzlies - Game 4

Added to Calendar: 05-31-21

That Bulls team developed and coached like a modern team would wreck now too without a doubt. Rodman could probably play 5 and you could put Kukoc at the 4.

remember Rodman playing the 5 against Shaq? The mound of human lard that is Luc Longley was about as useful as Luc Longley on Shaq, so Rodman got him in the post.

The bulls could have got a cow and painted 13 on the side of it, it would have been just as effective as Longley and cheaper.

With better foot speed to boot!

Jazz have the second best offensive rating in the playoffs so far only behind the Bucks. Our defense is struggling though, we are 10th. But we still have the 4th best net rating. But good news is the top 3 are in the East!

Big plays from Mike down the stretch but you know who impressed me with the extra stuff they did tonight? DM... made a couple deflections, had a couple big tough rebounds and had the steal/save at the end. Passing was good too... the offense was really good but that extra stuff is what this team needs desperately.

Bogey also had a great contest and rebound on Brooks in the final minutes.

Just a solid professional win tonight.
Yes. 30 pts, 2 boards, 8 assists, 2 steals, 1 block. Not the most efficient game but the greats find a way to contribute when their shot isn't falling. He did that tonight.

Just wait 'til we start upping Gobert's minutes.

Mike stood tall when we needed it.
Mike is really a calming influence on the team. We'll need that a lot going forward.

But we need someone to be able to light a fire under them. Their momentary lapses and stretches of playing without energy are infuriating. We are our own worst enemy.

And Jazz nation turns their lonely eyes to Joe....
Joe needs to dust off his trash-talk game. His TTPM is way off his nba-leading season averages.

The **** is this nonsense!?!
Click-bait trash article. Any article that requires 4 page clicks to convey 1 paragraph worth of information is absolute trash.

But for the most part this is standard LA fan thinking. Legit my co-workers have proposed things nearly on the order of caruso for Mitchell straight up and the jazz would be lucky to get a player like caruso in trade. Worst fans in the nba by far.

Posted here no less! What's Kuzma averaging against the Suns? 6 points?

He really needs to pull his head out of his ***. He looks so ****ing soft these past couple of games. I hope he turns it around but I'm not gonna hold my breath. The pressure of the playoffs really seems to get to him.

Careful disrespecting Longley. Jazz and utahjazzz about to be summoned to explain how Longley was the most dominate big man of the 90s.

Here’s the tl;dr:

Los Angeles Lakers Receives: F Bojan Bogdanovic, C/F Derrick Favors

Utah Jazz Receive: F Kyle Kuzma, G/F Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, 2021 1st Round Pick, 2026 1st Round Pick”

**** not even, just looked it up, 5.3. Jesus and they're paying him 13 million next year for that! **** me!

Those two free throws by Rudy didn't touch the rim at all. Dead center clutch.
