What's new

Yuck yuck yuck

I'm 42, I was born in 1978. There has never been racial inequality in my lifetime,
This is so outstandingly ignorant, it's hard to believe it's not deliberate. There has been differential treatment in hiring, in policing, in creation of business zones, and a dozen other ways.

Which I guess is just another thing i'm judged on for the sins of my fathers, because i'm white, not because not one person in my family history ever owned a slave.
You were treated better for being white last decade, last year, last month, and yesterday. You'll be treated better tomorrow, next month, next year, and probably next decade. No one cares about the history, except as the explanation for the continuing impact it has on today.

Black males have been coddled by the system for over a decade. Given free **** for being black, given jobs for being black, given housing for being black, given TV stations for being black, given monthly holidays for being black, given free money for being black...the list goes on and on. What free **** have I gotten for being white?

Tell me again how bad black men have it.

Maybe if black men started calling out their own, instead of embracing the pieces of **** in their culture, we'd see a difference.

Perfect example I can give was OJ Simpson, everyone knew the man was guilty, but black America cheered when he was found not guilty. Black America knew OJ was guilty, but Black America cheered cause he killed a couple of white people and got off. It's pretty ****ing sick if you ask me.

Black America is a collective, and until they start becoming individuals, they see themselves as a collective. If you don't expect Individualists to call it a collective, i'd suggest black Americans start acting like individuals.

Black males have been coddled by the system for over a decade.
I honestly don't know if you really believe that or if your just posturing. Either way, you are completely wrong.

Given free **** for being black, given jobs for being black, given housing for being black, given TV stations for being black, given monthly holidays for being black, given free money for being black...the list goes on and on. What free **** have I gotten for being white?
You got free stuff for being white, better jobs for being white, better housing for being white, almost all TV stations catering to white people, major holidays chosen by white people, and more money at your job for being white (all of this has been backed up by hundreds of studies conducted over decades). It's just that no one says out loud that's the reason, half the time they don't even realize how much your whiteness affects how they treat you.

Tell me again how bad black men have it.
If you really care to read about it, there are tens of thousands of words about it on the web, in addition to hundreds of books, etc.

Maybe if black men started calling out their own, instead of embracing the pieces of **** in their culture, we'd see a difference.
Obviously, you're never noticed the works of men like Frederick Douglas, W.E.B. DuBois, MLK Jr., Malcom X, Cornel West, and for more recent media figures, Tyler Perry, Steve King, Bill Cosby, and Aaron McGruder. Would you like another 100 names or so of black men telling other black men to not embrace ugly culture?

Perfect example I can give was OJ Simpson, everyone knew the man was guilty, but black America cheered when he was found not guilty. Black America knew OJ was guilty, but Black America cheered cause he killed a couple of white people and got off.
Based on the interactions with the police I've seen first-hand as well as in studies, etc., I find this hard to fault. In any case, who are the black people going around today saying they want to be OJ Simpson. Cheering for a non-conviction =/= "embracing". Simpson has no speaking tours, no following, etc. Compare that to convicted white racists who get money for books, go on speaking tours, etc.

Black America is a collective, and until they start becoming individuals, they see themselves as a collective. If you don't expect Individualists to call it a collective, i'd suggest black Americans start acting like individuals.
Honestly, it would be hard to display your racism and ignorance more openly.

I guess this is where we just agree to disagree then. I don't consider myself racist, I try not to judge my personal interactions with black Americans the way I judge the collective I see all over MSM(AKA...BLM, Marxism, knockout gaming whites and asians). I know many individualist black Americans that aren't famous/well known, you didnt need to make a list as some of those men you listed are not like the others.

That's not the type of culture you are tyring to push for black America though One Brow, you push for BLM/Marxist ideologies such as removing the nuclear family. Those types of ideologies you are pushing is only weakening black America and has been since the Jim Crow laws. The biggest worry of Marxists like yourself, is black Americans becoming individualists. So quit trying to act like you are pro individualist black Americans, because you're not.

I'm well aware.

The is not a Black Lives Matter position.

The biggest worry of Marxists like yourself,
I am not a Marxists. A progress through history to a better time is a fundamental belief of Marxism, I hold no such belief.

is black Americans becoming individualists.
Every black American I know is an individual. What's your definition of "individualist"?

So quit trying to act like you are pro individualist black Americans, because you're not.
So, you think there are individualist black Americans? Who are your examples? Do any of them disagree with you politically?

I just wanted to give you first had experience as a 18 y/o white kid what I saw. A bunch of black Americans cheering because a black American got off for killing a couple of white people. I really don't give a **** what excuse you use to justify it, i'm just letting you know what myself and millions of other "white kids" witnessed in the 90's while listening to our Tupac albums.
The is not a Black Lives Matter position.
Yes it was, it said it right on their website until it was removed.
Thank you wayback machine
"We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and “villages” that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable."
"We foster a queer‐affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking, or rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual (unless s/he or they disclose otherwise)."
So what happens to the Father in this Marxist ideology?
I am not a Marxists. A progress through history to a better time is a fundamental belief of Marxism, I hold no such belief.
Then why do you support a Marxist organization such as the BLM? Isn't Patrisse Cullors, the co-founder of BLM, a self described Marxist?

Every black American I know is an individual. What's your definition of "individualist"?
I'm sorry, you must not be aware of Individualism vs Collectivism. That wasn't a "dig" at black Americans, maybe you should educate yourself.
So, you think there are individualist black Americans? Who are your examples? Do any of them disagree with you politically?
Fredrerick Douglass was definitely one, I'd add political thinkers like Thomas Sowell as well. Cornell West is a good example of a Collectivist political thinker. Malcom X was a different breed, a rebel, he was a hard core individualist, who became a hard core collectivist that they couldn't control.

I'm guessing you're a 28-35 y/o white guy, am I right?

I don't deny you the validity of your experience, I'm just pointing out that it's narrow and altered by your obvious racism.

Thank it for proving you are full of nonsense. I can only guess you are referring to the paragraphs below.
We make our spaces family-friendly and enable parents to fully participate with their children. We dismantle the patriarchal practice that requires mothers to work “double shifts” so that they can mother in private even as they participate in public justice work.

We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and “villages” that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable.
The first paragraph is saying that they make it easier for mother to bring their children along, the second is saying that they are offering support to families so they feel more appreciated and supported. Seriously, how biased do you have to be to see 'helping moms spend more time with their kids' and 'offering support so families don't feel isolated' as being the same as "removing the nuclear family". I'm not sure, but you are at least that biased.

So what happens to the Father in this Marxist ideology?
He also gets to protest around his kids, and gets supported in his parenting effort.

Then why do you support a Marxist organization such as the BLM? Isn't Patrisse Cullors, the co-founder of BLM, a self described Marxist?
Are you saying that every organization that has a founder who thinks _____ must be an organization that actively supports ______ ?

You linked to the "What We Believe" page. Point out the elements you think are Marxist.

I'm sorry, you must not be aware of Individualism vs Collectivism. That wasn't a "dig" at black Americans, maybe you should educate yourself.
I did misunderstand what you were saying, mostly because it was so racist it went right over my head. The notion that there is some lack of individualist among black thinkers, speakers, media personalities, etc., is so askew that I couldn't imagine someone claiming it to be true. You have surpassed my imagination.

So, now you've gone from "black men started calling out their own" to "individualist". Did you think I would not notice the goal-post shifting?

One of the first quotes from Dr. West's website is, "Deep educations requires a habitual visions of greatness", which is clearly a call for individuals to act for themselves.

I'm guessing you're a 28-35 y/o white guy, am I right?
You're off by more than 20 years.

Thanks for your self hating white perspective.

Well, I don't think I'm the best person who ever lived (actually, I don't think anyone is), and I certainly have my faults, but being white is not one of them.

You seem to be using categorizing in place of thinking. If easy and simple, but it creates distortions.

You truly are uneducated on Politic. "Goal post shifting", you truely are a dishonest collectivist, maybe watch a video and learn something.

You truly are uneducated on Politic.
Coming from a guy who posts videos supporting anarchy, I don't have much reason to take this opinion seriously.

"Goal post shifting",
Yes, it was. Glad you agree.

you truely are a dishonest collectivist,
I remember when the conservatives were the collectivists. When they extolled notions like "duty", "responsibility", and "the betterment of humanity".

I could spend 500 words pointing out the flaws with the positions in that video as presented., but they would be wasted on you.

I remember when the conservatives were the collectivists. When they extolled notions like "duty", "responsibility", and "the betterment of humanity".
LMAO...No you don't. Conservatives have never been Collectivists you moron.

I gotta remember I'm arguing with a proud supporter of Black Bloc here, lying vermin.

On the spectrum of individualism vs. collectivism, notions like "duty", "responsibility", and "the betterment of humanity" are all collectivist. Still, I;m not surprised you're so young you don't remember.

I gotta remember I'm arguing with a proud supporter of Black Bloc here, lying vermin.
I neither support nor oppose clothing styles. That seems rather inconsequential to me.

Last Sunday a Hispanic woman found out they are also guilty of white supremacy.
Because NO lives matter, before black lives matter.

Uh, show some respect for JC, homie.
