So i just wanted to say that Rudy is obviously catching a lot of undue flack...

way too much tbh...

around here too...

Specifically the idea that he didnt do his job n do it well. I aint buyin that ****. I see lots of other lesser players doing jack **** n it being reflected in peoples opinions of rudy's play.

I am steadfast in the belief that the C position is the one that is the most distorted in the minds of the common fans..

Shaq saying the things he says postgame doesnt help at all really..

this whole thing is in that same vein

Ersan should have played...ERSAN can stretch, renbound, and guard OK, not great, but decently. Snyder stubborn as ****.

doesn't help that nobody could stay in front of their defender.

Legler is a moron.

The reason we got torched from 3 isn't because Gobert can't guard the perimeter. It's because the gameplan was to keep him parked in the paint no matter the cost. And the cost was big. But Gobert had to be in the paint because nobody on the Jazz could keep their man in front of them.

That having been said, Gobert played like garbage and had several inexcuseable mental lapses that sparked the Clippers comeback.

Shaq is a mumbling insecure black shrek who cares what he thinks? He’s so threatened by every current modem big man because he has a micro wang. Poor guy.

this is a terrible comment from a sheltered user n u should feel bad for lacking enough life experience to the point where ud type such a thing n still press enter..

its weird how u use the words black n shrek and attempt to take a bunch of different things n try to paint them in one color for the sake of ur ****** unfunny joke..

obviously the themes presented in the childrens movie shrek were too complex for you and didnt absorb or went over your head

why do you feel the need to draw comparison based on skin color? 'black shrek' ? am i speaking to someone who didnt grow up around any black people at all? sure sounds like it... how is him being black relevant to your joke, is it supposed to add an extra layer of humor? its a hard-hitting detail that helps sell the punchline?

Nope... When a 7'2" guy making nearly max at 200 mill is a liability because he has zero offense and can be guarded by a turkey sandwich it's time he gets the clue. He's been here 8 years now and has not a single, not even one, offensive move. That's inexcusable for one of the highest paid guys in the league.

Edit and I agree with said poster above in how Rudy was not the problem on defense as I think the other 7-8 guys have become downright lazy and insanely soft on defense. They've gotten spoiled having Rudy back there making up for their inability to stay in front of prettymuch anybody. I don't fault him for his d, but his lack of being able to create anything on offense(outside of using his body for screens) is downright terrible.

The play that will always stick out to me. It was a few minutes left.

They built a lead and we fought back to get it to 3. Clarkson drove, put it off the glass, and it rolled along the rim.

Rudy was in perfect position directly under the ball. He was at least 4 inches taller than anybody on the court. With his massive standing reach, he had at least a foot advantage over anybody on the court.

The ball rolled to him, and it seemed like he caught it, and then it seemed like he lowered it to then take it back up, and he lost it somewhere on the way down or way back up.

They took the rebound the other way and scored. An automatic 1 point game and probable Clipper timeout turned into a 5 point game and a Utah timeout.

Thats the closest we ever got. I just don't understand how that happens. I will never forget that play. A clear sign to me that Rudy can't be guaranteed to do anything on offense.

There was a play when clips passed to Mann in the corner and rudy just turned around, mike saw it but he was too late to contest the shot. Mann made the wide open 3. Rudy gave up!

When they go small, we gotta make pay by dunking on their heads every time down the court. A dunk or a sure bucket every trip has got to be the price they pay for spreading us out.
