Agreed. The loss doesn't bother me so much. The way we lost does. Every damn possession in the second half seemed to be Mann in the left corner with rudy by him, clippers start the play on the right side up top, blow by the perimeter defender (who was playing too tight/far out anyway), rudy comes to help, kick out to open 3 point shooter, swish.
Easiest blender ever over and over again.

If Quin had just told the players he had no plan on defense and to just improvise, it would've been a better result than... this.

Yeah. Losing to the Clippers wasn't a shock because we've done it three times prior (tho, Utah was a two-point favorite). It's how they lost. Utterly embarrassing. The worst playoff loss I can remember and it's going to be made all the worse when the Suns beat 'em 4-1 or some ****.

I believe if Quin had played the scrubby scrubs the entire 2nd half we would have won the game. But he didn't and he is a vry smrt man. Just ask him.

It’s how we lost that hurt so much. Up 25 in the second half and we blow it. I’m kind of starting to lean towards both DL and Quin being gone because of their arrogance. I feel like they truly believe they’re smarter than everyone else and maybe in IQ and standardized tests they are, but as has been mentioned so many times, purely relying on moneyball type stats and analytics doesn’t work in-game. It’s like Quin has no “feel” for the game. It drives me crazy.
I remember when Rick Majerus threw the box and one at Arizona and UNC which completely discombobulated those teams. I think that kind of zone would have helped us against the small ball stuff. Ironically, Alex Jensen was on that Utah team. I’m so frustrated, especially now that Brooklyn is out.
