What's new

Trent Forest is back

Have they said if two-ways are unlimited like last year with how much they can be used, including playoffs? I'm assuming they probably will, but haven't heard.

So now what does roster look like
Who is signed to 15 man roster and who is on two-way players

1 roster spot left and 1 two-way spot left
Unless something amazing comes along we won't fill the 15th roster spot. I have seen some comment that Matthias is likely getting a two-way... I am completely unimpressed with him. Forrest should be useful in a pinch... would love to see a bigger flier with the second two-way on a higher upside guy but whatevs... its a two-way.

I like Forest. My bet is that he plays in front of Butler but I don't expect to see much from either of them unless we have injury problems.

Butler thing is kind of messy. Kid still can end up playing overseas...

One thing I'd note is that JZ actually got his start with Bartelstein. Bartelstein found JZ as an assistant coach on a sixth-grade basketball team. He offered him an internship with him and that's how JZ became an agent. He met his wife there as she was employed by Bartelstein. I would assume this would be fairly gentlemanly, unless he's really upset that JZ overshot him.

Jazz are at 14 players under contract, although Oni's deal is non-guaranteed through early January.

Brantley is on the bubble. Macio Teague and Paul White are looking like possible 2-way guys. Nate Sestina had a nice game on Monday, so I guess he's someone to watch as well.

I dont think Brantley is here for very long. Very easy to cut someone for 84K.

Nice piece of data there, thanks for sharing.
Got to believe JZ went for Butler knowing what to expect from kid's camp.
Hope a contract get signed soon.

Aren’t you forgetting Butler?

Not according to the article. Bartlestein sounds like a massive ball buster! I think Butler based on his laurels was a no-brainer at #40.
