No doubt that the mandates and testing posed in the executive order is wielding a pretty big hammer, but there’s little wiggle room to do much else at this point and I don’t see any actual plans in motion from most governors.

Life pre-COVID is such a distance memory.

Why don’t these Republican governors criticize fellow party members and media who are anti vax and prolonging this pandemic by their disinformation?

The Tenth Amendment gives the states that power and the courts have upheld that power. There is nothing wrong with vaccine mandates. There is a huge problem with a US President unilaterally declaring a vaccine mandate will be done. So did all 50 states decide on the vaccines mandates that were already in place at the same time or each at different times? Do you think the federal government had some influence in all 50 states coming to that same decision?

There may be been influence from the federal government, and there isn't any problem if there was. I know for a fact that happened with seatbelt laws, which too are implemented at the state level. There is a big difference between recognizing the power to do a thing belongs to another agency or branch and applying pressure to the controlling entity versus thinking all government power is now vested in one man to wield by executive order.
 
This is the guy bullying others to get vaccinated yet rushes awkwardly to an elder lady, pulls down his mask completely contaminating it, touching her after touching god knows what, making the mask pointless and then breathes on her.

Your mask are political theater. Wear one if you want but it's pretty evident.

Still curious though. Did all 50 states decide at the exact same time too have vaccine mandates or were they staggered?
