Does Jared Butler have flairs of D-Will? Obviously doesnt have the huge body of D-Will that was key to his signature style, but I don't think anyone has had as satisfying a crossover on the Jazz as Butler since D-Will. Plus he has vision and willingness to pass.

Even the Great Georges Niang, aka Quin's son, did not get minutes ahead of Jeff Green until DL cut Jeff to force Quin play him more, and we know how that worked out for us.

Trust me, we wouldn't even be having this conversation about Quin if your worry is warranted cuz he would already haven been triple fired for burying Rudy/Jingles/Donovan/Royce back in 2015 or 2018, just like Corbin. Compared to ty Corbin and Dennis Lindsey, Quin's the least of my concern when it comes to judging talent cuz record shows time and time again that the man knows his ****.

Man, Butler is looking good. We may be able to trade Conley for a nice asset (a defensive wing who can score).

It comes down to Fitts & Teague. I like either on the 2nd 2-way. Royce became beloved during Summer League practices and beat out Joel Bolomboy; I wonder who has been better practice-wise between Fitts & Teague?

This is the essence of Miye Oni lmao. Terrible body control with ball in hand. This should be an easy take to the rim for a foul, or take to the rim and kick to corner for a 3. Settles for the very first pass he sees (that's what he always does).

Fitts >>>>>>> Teague for the two way. Roster needs and just overall nba talent. I like him more than Oni… Oni is coming up third imo between Fitts/Hughes/Oni.

I’d give Fitts the two way and release Oni to save some money of Ryan is asking the FO to save some pennies. It’s the easiest way to save a few pennies and Locke has indicated they might do so. Rather that then a meaningful roster player is traded later.

7 greater than signs seems a little extreme.

And this is Oni's skill. Incredible open court athleticism without the ball. Absolute terror to have trailing you in a fast break situation.

I thought Udoka looked great in that final run to win the game (last 5-7 minutes or so). He was clamping down on the defensive end and had a big dunk (after a nice block) and the assist for the dunk to the cutter.

Kind of streaky—sometimes he looks disinterested then he wakes up and is a physical force…a woke Doke if you will. Might be a conditioning thing?

Oni the only player that would actually pass to Gobert from 18 feet out to create in a end of shot clock situation lmfao. It gave us that wet jumper tho.

Oni is probably worth keeping just for his size/athletic ability/hustle. He definitely has to study how Royce plays and is successful in the system despite having little to no on-ball skill.

Butler looks pretty damn big to me. What are their height and weight comparisons?
