Trade deadline discussion

Who plays PG for Jazz
Now Jazz have two starting All Star caliber SGs
How will that work?
Add a journeyman PG to fill in the gap. bring O'Neal off the bench. Maybe Butler needs to come along,.

On Spence Checketts show today he said that ESPN's Tim MacMahon told him that he heard from a rival executive that the Jazz almost traded Ingles in the offseason, they even thought they had a deal in place until Quin stepped in and told them "don't trade my guy". Checkettts asked Tony Jones about it and Tony said he did hear Joes name involved in a lot of trade talks. Also said Joe has a lot of fans within the organization but doesn't think that matters to Danny Ainge who as Tony put it "would be willing to trade his own mother".

While a lot of us may have this sentimentality about Ingles, I believe Quin probably feels this way about a number of his guys and that’s also why I feel talking about trades or signings to a large extent is a meaningless exercise. We could sign prime Bruce Bowen and Tony Allen but Quin’s already got his guys.

So….I guess we should all make sure to enjoy Joe’s last season with us, huh?
