He's played with a ton of heart. Gotta respect that.

Donovan is imperfect, but he is our leader. I love how he is always composed and positive.

Rudy is a lead by example type guy not best served firing people up through communication.

We need an enforcer type because Conley, Bogey and Clarkson are just nice guys who go to work.
