There are 2 paths you can go by, but in the long run, there's still time to change the road you're on.

Agreed. Ainge isn't one to beat around the bush, but he might string someone along. He needs to just bite the bullet and make the decision. It's better late than never.

You don't really have to “tank” when you are just naturally bad. All metrics suggest the jazz have one of the worst defense in the league without Rudy.

Unless more players get dealt we would still be good enough to not get a top-5 pick. Likely be in the 9-12 range.
