There's something to be said for body type. Milsap has a very stocky body, which lends itself to more paint work, whereas Hayward has a lean body type which makes him a wing player. Also there is the type of game a player plays. Haywards 'game' is more of a wing game so he is more of a 2 even though he has the height to play the 3. Millsap's game is more banging down low, so he is a 4, -however- he has been changing his game enough that he can fill in at the 3, which is a good thing considering the fact that our only experienced 3 has been signed for 2ish days and has had knee surgery, and is a washed up vet. (no offense Howard, prove me wrong)
