Not that much. With me a little. I tried grabbing the one kid and blanketing him. Tyree was trying to punch around me fast as ****. These were 9th graders. Tyree was like 5’11”, 130 probably. His buddy was a man. Like 6’2”, 200. He dove across a desk at Tyree to start the fight. Good times.

Side note. I really liked Tyree. He was involved in Bloods ******** and was almost 17 at the end of frosh year but he wasn’t immature. Respectful kid who actually participated a couple times a week and wasn’t stupid.

I taught a Tyree. Had to break up a fight between him and his best friend five minutes before the end of the day bell. In what was about a 90 second fight, there must’ve been about 100 punches thrown.

This could be the final piece to get this deal over the finish line! Call the Knicks and tell them the Jazz are including FrenchJazzFa's wife. As long as she isn't protected none of the picks will be protected.

Gonna take more than that to absorb $47M knowing that many teams would take Clarkson over Westbrook anyway.

I'm pretty sure the Jazz would think about this.

Especially if they're getting lukewarm offers for each guy individually (seconds, or late/heavily protected firsts, or long-term returning salary). If those Laker picks are unprotected, those two firsts and Westbrook's expiring might just be the best we can get from that combination of players. (I'd hope for more, but wouldn't be shocked if no better deal is out there.)

The prize isn't the players anymore for us. It's the draft capital and financial flexibility. Westbrook and those two Laker picks (if unprotected) look pretty juicy in those terms.

I would do that, I think. In particular that '27 LAL pick can easily be gold. I think getting those two picks should be a priority. Lakers badly need to get in someone to be able to compete this year.
