Where? Why?

I just recentely ate at ACME Burger in Salt Lake. It was pretty good. Not the best. It's right across the street from Bucca and Red Rock Brewing, behind the PF Changs. I personally love the Red Iguana.

Also, mamacita moses is a waitress at ACME if you want to stop by and drop her a line. lol

I may go there now that you mention it

i don't eat out a lot, usually when i need a tasty burger i just head to carl's jr.

Britton's in Sandy on 700 east and like 8600? south. If you like breakfast or burgers... amazing.

Also, Curry in a Hurry on 2000~ish south and state is good.

Really? I ate there with my fiance and it was gross. We said we would never eat there again. I guess for everyone their own. Seriously though, Britton's?

I've been to Utah three times and ate in some very good places although the names of some elude me...some of you guys might be able to derive from the locations. Last time there was this very good BBQ joint i stopped at, just off I-15 at the exit where i got off to go to Antelope. I think its in Woods Cross? It's next to a few hotels there. Squatter's Pub i loved, had a buffalo burger which was excellent. A small burger joint by the Marriott in downtown i ate at last time was great (i think called Richies?). Ruby River Steakhouse was very good too. There was a small joint I had breakfast at, it was down the street from Lamb's , can't recall the name. Another i ate at...Coachman's i think, good diner type food Some places i havent been to that I heard are good: Ruth's Diner and "The Pie" pizzeria

Did you think the food was gross or the atmosphere? I understand the atmosphere; it is basically a greasy spoon diner. But I usually get my food to go since I don't live far from there. Totally recommend their breakfast foods if you are into omelettes, pancakes, waffles, etc.

The Pie (very heavy and extremely tasty pizza)

Litzas Pizza (light and very tasty pizza. I even saw Larry H eating there after we lost that heart breaker against the Heat in 04. Anyone else remember that? A bogus foul called on AK47 as he blocked Dwade's shot at the end)

Hires Big H (I love their shakes and floats)

Brick Oven (their pasta bar and pizza is really good and there's always plenty of hot babes)

Smash Burger (their fries rule)

Octavios (best Italian place that I know of)

Cracker Barrel (their grilled chicken is amazing and their old store is fun)

I've never been to Wasatch Pizza but I've heard they're really good too.

DP Cheese steaks in Lehi. The Whiz Steak is the most amazing thing that has ever hit my mouth. Just quality artery clogging goodness!

Nicolatalia's pizza on university pkwy in Provo, Just at the foot of the hill by KFC. Fantastic pizza, by far the best mahgarita around

Some of my favorite places when I lived in Utah which was over 15 years ago so no telling if some of these places are still around.

Red Iguana (Although the last time I was there the food had really gone downhill. I found out later the main cook had died)
The Pie (Best pizza I've ever had to date, and was a really fun place to get drunk with friends when I was young and foolish)
Cafe Trang (Really good Vietnamese food)
Kyoto (Good Japanese)
Sampan (Superb Chinese place on 21st S. and 700 E.)
Astro Burger (Really good for fast food. Excellent burgers and love their onion rings)
