The Jazz's Next 20 Games -- Jazz go 10-10

How many wins will the Jazz have in their next 20 games?

I voted 11-14 but by all star break, this team will probably be well spent and tired. The wheels might come off then. Even so realistically, if this team does make the so called playoffs; they're still an first rd exit team. It'll be fun to watch and they'll for sure go down swinging too.

Why? We're a very deep team that bodes well for not wearing out.

That one lineup last night looked miserable. Our starting lineup looks much better than expected though. We have a lot of length. I think the key cog to our success has been the influence and play of Conley. And Markannen is the real deal. The fact that we compete in tight games means this just might last.

Now the way we are playing I could see us winning all of these upcoming games:

@ LAC
LAL
@ ATL
@ WAS
@ PHI
NYK

Odds are we lose 1 or 2 of them, but winning them all is absolutely not crazy talk.

Jazz beat a Pels team that lost Brandon Ingram in the 1st half. They beat a Grizzlies team without Ja Morant by 1 point. They beat that same Grizzlies team without Desmond Bane, though they were pretty convincing. Jazz could very easily be 4-4 right now, or even 3-5. I think they're still likely a below .500 team.
Didn’t the griz win 11 in a row at one point last year without Ja?

Why would we be more spent and tired than the rest of the league?

Idiot!!

10 games into the season, and we are 7-3 despite the following facts:

We have played T-Most games (busiest schedule)
We have played T-Most road games (6)
We have had one of the toughest strengths of schedule (only 3 games against sub .500)

The only blemish in our record really is the Rockets loss, which came on a rest disadvantage on the road in a back-to-back following an OT game against a good team. We were gassed, and it was still close.

I don't think the Jazz have been favored in any game they've played so far other than the game vs. the Rockets in Salt Lake. Their record against the spread is about 8-2.

And yet you are waiting until they win tonight to believe in them. You're a tough sell, brother.

Nuggets were sluggish on opening night, but they blew us out in Denver.
Houston has the worst record in the league. Still we split with them, giving them their only win so far this season.
Minnesota has some issues and isn't very good right now.
The Lakers suck.
Grizzlies played without Ja and lost by 1 pt in Salt Lake.

The Jazz have two impressive games so far: beating the Grizzlies with Ja and staying close to the Mavs in Dallas. But it's not enough to call the Jazz a playoff team. The Clippers are a deep, veteran team with quality two-way talent. Beating them would make me think the Jazz could possibly make the POs.

Btw that Nuggets loss was 100% on 3pt shooting discrrpancy. They hit 17 of 37, we hit 10 of 39.

We are better than 25% team, and they are not a 45% team.

I was honestly thinking 10 when I gave my vote, but liked the 11-14 range better than the 6-10 one .

Now I'm wondering if 10 was a low-ball choice.

Yes and I have been winning. I have dropped $10 on nearly every game to beat the spread this season. Not bad so far.

I thought that at this point, the Jazz would have the record the Warriors currently have and the Warriors would have the record the Jazz have.

The Jazz are super easy money right now ATS.

The perception is they are a fluke so every game vegas plays that angle to bettors. But if you watch us and know what we do, especially this first part of the season, you can pay your monthly mortage off these gimme lines.

They will catch up soon but we have another week of this at the very least.
