If JC is tired of playing with Tre he probably wants more diversified touches. He'd be in that 3/4/5 role where basically all of them are interchangeable and do a bit of everything. JC has the potential to be a higher energy/effort player. He has always gotten good block and rebound numbers. I know his defensive rep is not great, but I havent seem enough to say how bad it is.Oh and about that JC vs JV.. Im not sure... I see JC more of an option over KO that brings additional pressure to paint as well as the outside pressure once he gets his stroke back.
We lose KO passing and hustle, but we gain more paint pressure, rebounds and blocks.
We need JV for the energy role in that case.
Im still not sold on JC though, as he has been rough and inconsistent this year.
