Like 24 minutes in and it's actually pretty interesting. Ryan talking about how he was about to buy another team (I remember hearing he was going to buy the Suns previously) and ended up not going through with it and knowing the Jazz weren't available, but things later changing. Ryan comes across pretty good. He alluded to being friends with Ainge for a while and sitting by him at summer leagues (before he owned the team) and getting introduced to the league that way.
He does try to sell it that his wife really struggled with him throwing himself into the league in another area when they have their routines like taking their kids to Jazz games and that would end (had he bought the Suns).

Danny seems like he has the dream job. All he has to do is deal with the basketball decisions and nothing else. Doesnt even have to call other teams.

Ha... that's a bit aggressive Ryan. We don't have 6 guys like Bridges/Cam Johnson laying around.
We also dont have any star demanding to get to Utah
Ryan said the did the trade to free up minutes and roles for others.
Danny Ainge's job is basically be a JFC poster with power. Just watches games and gets teh strongest opinion. Nothing else.
Some comments from it:
- Definitely looking to make moves this summer.. hopefully a big splash one.. but not gonna force any if the right deals arent there. Both talked about it.
- DA thinks making correct moves and picks in draft is really hard compared to trades/FA
- DA is honest with the players and believes in that approach. He gives an example where a player might ask "DA where you been" and he answers "Looking for a player better than you" (Jokingly, but still like he means it). Man I snorted a cereal when he said that.
