I think Sarah Todd capsulated the FO decisions of this season pretty well. I dont necessarily like the "tank-lite" term she uses but she summarizes everything pretty well in the piece.

H'es been saying that man. He's been saying the goal is player development through competiting in meaningful games.

The FO said the goal was evaluation in October. Never changed it, even though they did some due diligence on possible upgrades.
