half the nba is sitting out players even teams not tanking. They aint gonna do ****, the only reason its even news is NY won't get the pick if no team after 10 goes top 4, and they are mad about it lol
right now the only thing interesting with these picks is if we win tomorrow we F our pick location and hand the Wolves the 7th seed with them beating NOP . they will still have the 8 seed if they beat NOP and we beat LAL. Best case is wolves get beat by NOP and we lose then Wolves have to win 2 play in games to make the playoffs.

Silver does what the majority of the owners want to do. If they want to punish the Mavs it will happen. But yeah they ain't pure on the topic so might not happen. Maybe just a stern letter or reprimand.

If something does happen, its what Cuban gets for bitching about everything. He brought it on himself.
But yeah they aint doing nothing imo

Oooh, I have an idea. Let them keep the 10th pick but make it not lottery eligible and distribute the odds to the remaining teams. Mavs would try to sue but I don't think a case on that kind of hypothetical would work. Mavs then would be inclined to trade the pick for a win now piece (KO, THT?, Clarkson??).

This would scare the jeebus out of future tanking teams.

I mean just give the ****ing pick to NY unprotected and if its Wemby , Cuban will have to sell the team smh
yeah they are not going to do anything to destroy the Mavs even if its owner is a soapbox for sale
