Also, on Wroten, he's averaging better than 16ppg, but shooting only 25% from 3. (Like I said, scorer vs. shooter)
He's also averaging more TO's per game than assists (again, the decision-making, etc.).

I like Tony, I just see him as the classic tweener/combo rather than a pure PG.

One more factoid, as I like to look at ranked opponents vs. cupcakes. Wroten scores against competition, but against those same ranked opponents, he's had only 3 assists and 8 TO's.

I've probably said this before, but based upon my experience with KOC's previous drafts, the Jazz will always take the player who is the most refined offensively at a position of need. I have a hard time seeing any scenario where the Jazz select MKG in this draft unless he drops below his projected range and the Jazz have no choice (think Ronnie Brewer).

I could go down the list of offensively-minded players the Jazz drafted ahead of “defensive” or “energy” guys. Kosta (Ibaka/DeAndre Jordan), Burks (Singleton/Leonard) and G-Time (Patterson/Aldrich) come to mind, but it’s pretty obvious to me that there has always been a pattern. I’d love to finally get a player like MKG, but to keep it real, we’ll probably end up with a Quincy Miller or Harrison Barnes.

If that's true, pray for Barnes .. I think Miller has flop potential (even though he has unreal ability).

i admit Carolina has played a lot patsies lately so I think next game against a good opponent it will be interesting to see what kind of defense Barnes player. Never really payed attention on the defensive end.

I've been somewhat impressed with Barnes' defense. Not elite, but sufficient, imo. The bigger concern is his lack of driving/slashing ability and creating his own shot. That's what the scouts are watching for the most.
