How ready is Wemby to play in the nba year one? Any thoughts? It’s possible he needs time, after we draft Wemby, strip it down and play a bunch of rookies and get our 2024 pick back

If we get Wemby, we're not going to give a **** about our 2024 pick lol. With Wemby, Lauri, Kessler, Sexton, Ochai, plus whatever we can add through free agency or trades, plus our number 16 pick...Wemby and the Jazz would absolutely be ready to roll from day one.

When we get Wemby it makes too much sense to trade both Ochai and Sexton if you can get firsts for them.

Not really. If we get Wemby we are in win now mode. If we're trading Sexton and Ochai it should be for players not picks....we should look to package them with some of our future 1sts and see what we can get.

I just don't think getting Wemby changes our stance on either of those dudes at all. If we got good offers for them that make sense by all means but I see no logical connection here. I would trade either if the right deal came whether we got Wemby or not.
 
So what we're hoping for, if they still reveal the picks the same way, is to see:

New Orleans
Toronto
Oklahoma City
Chicago
Dallas
Some Other Team

Though I guess a team behind Utah and Utah could jump in the top 4.

I agree. The one thing I'm not interested in if we get Wemby is trading guys off to add more 1st round picks to our war chest, I only want to make win now moves. Hell, I might feel that way even if we don't add Wemby.
