2023 NBA Draft Megathread

My main concern with him is I get too much Exum vibe watching him…

I don’t think you’re totally off base for saying that, there are some similarities, but it still doesn’t surprise me that team is willing to take a chance on an Exum-ish prospect in the late lottery. Bilal’s physical tools, mentality, and high level experience are all much better than Exum.

If Bilal really does have a promise before 14 that is just great news for us. I’m skeptical though.

Such an lol stat for a guy that yacked on everyone all year. But okay. Same as being concerned about a player's 20-foot jumpshot when they shoot >40% from 3.

Ya that list of # of dunks that was posted had a bunch of dudes on it on tay henny had the 2nd most dunks. So im not concerned

So you think dunking in the AAC or NBA is easier?

.

The hoops are 10 feet high in both right? More spacing in the nba right?
Im gonna say nba is easier. Would be interesting to know if more total dunks happen n nba or college. Having watched a lot of ball i feel like i see more dunks when i watch nba games than college games but I dont know.

He tried to recreate the Warriors with the Hawks. No idea how much imput he would have with the Wizards, but if he does he might push for high level versatile shooters. I'm not really sure there are many/any of those in the Wizards range of the draft? Gradey Dick... I guess? Jordan Hawkins as a proxy to Klay? Taylor Hendricks might be the best bet at 8.
But it didn’t work out.. ?

So maybe he’s learnt his lesson and could now be going the traditional PG route and grab Black instead?
