Jazz Workout Tracker

Tony Jones on ESPN 700 said that the Jazz had a workout early this week that involved prospects who are in consideration at both #16 and #9. One of them is probably Gradey Dick, whom we knew about, but it sounds like he didn't work out solo. Tony wouldn't give any names, but I'm wondering if the Jazz brought in Bufkin and Dick together on Tuesday, which then triggered David Locke to tune in on Bufkin and fall in love by Wednesday.

Tony mentioned a workout coming up, possibly this weekend, with two prospects who are in play at #9. Maybe that involves guys like Black, Wallace and/or George.

He also mentioned guys coming in next week who might require a trade-up, so that would be Whitmore, Walker and Hendricks.

While it's interesting to see who is reported as coming in for workouts, I vote that we not use the reporting or lack of reporting of a workout as any kind of tell for who the Jazz are or aren't interested in.

who they bring in, is for certain a tell they are interested in further assessment and getting to know the man instead of just film and stats.
But half the agents send multiples, with only one or two guys on the bus, that we might actually be real interested in before the in house visits.
Hell, there could be 7 prospects brought in as part of a scheduled workout that have no chance of getting drafted

I know the lore around the Donovan Mitchell workout going so well that people were sworn to some kind of secrecy. Was that he worked out for the Jazz or just how well it went? Was him working out with the team reported?

Yeah, they did interviews back then after workouts.
