Name the player you are most down on relative to what you see about them.


Mine is obviously Taylor Hendricks aka Taylor Midricks
 
I think we need a change of format, but dig the hater idea.

I was thinking of making two threads (and I guess I still could) where people list five players they just really like (ideally in order of preference), and in the other thread the opposite where people list 5 players they really don't believe in. It's just too difficult to narrow down this stuff to one player and I don't think it offers enough information about posters' preferences (and evaluative abilities).

That being said: Anthony Black.

I'd be able to talk myself into it if it happens, but that shot is just broken. Also I don't know **** and while the draft is a crap shoot, I think my picks have been statistically significantly bad.
 
Brandon Miller's measurables, athleticism and ball skills are like Otto Porter Jr., and his role at the next level is primarily an off-ball shooter like Michael Porter Jr.

So I'm going to call him Brandon Porter Jr.

Mine would be Ausar. I think his upside is a good rotation player and his downside is out of the league after his rookie contract.

I could be totally wrong, but not sure anybody could really tell based on the film. If he drops to us at 9 then I would be really worried since that means the teams who actually had him in their gym passed on him.

Pretty sure I’m close to consensus and there are guys I hate more but I’ll play along… give me Jalen Hood Shitfino
 
Jett Howard - I think he will struggle to get off the bench and might not even get a second contract.

Dick - I see a rotation player, but not worth a #9 pick

Bilal- most of his success is tied to Wemby. I like him as a project in the 15-25 range, but think it is insane to consider him at #9.
 
Taylor Hendricks. How may I count the ways here… he can’t dribble, create or finish a layup. He shot 44% on all layup attempts at UCF. And when it comes down to just needing to make a basketball savvy play to win a game, his basketball IQ comes up lacking
