You might be able to draft him at 58 if GM's are smartWe can draft Rupert at 28 then.

we we we all d way homeDang, there are a LOT of yellow flags on this board.
The gap is definitely small between 10 and 16 for this draft. I guarantee there are a bunch of teams that have guys rated around 10 that other teams have rated around 16. The quality depth in this draft is insane. It's not minuscule at all. How much draft prep do you do to say something like that?
If we are not secretly targetting Whitehead at 16 I would be shocked. Will be the steal of the draft if he falls into the 20'sThe gap is definitely small between 10 and 16 for this draft. This is the only pick we know is top-10. We most likely don’t have picks next year (and if we do that’s a negative outcome). 2025 doesn’t project to be a great opportunity either. Lauri is slated to be a free agent then.I just dont want to miss out on getting to watch Bilal develop.
I dont think he's Giannis, but I do think he might have some crazy growth spurt, either vertically or mass wise.
Like we got all these damn picks. Let's get an exciting project.
I agree the quality of depth is nice, but I think most people will have a pretty big difference between the guy 10th on their board and 16th. There's also a high likelihood someone drops to 10th that we might not expect that could make that gap even larger for a lot of people (for instance, Hendricks falling past 10 is becoming more and more plausible. While this does nothing for me, it would do a lot for a lot of people). The gap is definitely small between 10 and 16 for this draft. I just don't know what type of underlying medical concern will allow him to look like one of the best athletes out there, while still being serious enough to drop his stock that much. We've heard about degenerative knee conditions, but those are usually after serious ACL/PCL/MCL injuries, we've seen back injuries impact player's draft stock(MPJ), but looking through his reports I see nothing of any importance/significance. Except for that thumb injury. I refuse to believe a thumb injury will get 5 teams before us to pass on him. The other type of issue that might considerably impact his draft status is the type that might impact his ability to play the game altogether(heart conditions, etc.), but I don't think this is what they are talking about here.Eh....means nothing if he looks explosive but an underlying issue is found. I hope his health is all good but if he's available at #9, we know the medical issues are real.
So there is no ACTUAL info then? Just a dude saying stuff.in Wasserman's Bleacher Report updated mock draft he published this morning. He has Whitmore sliding to the Jazz at 9 and the reason is "medical concerns"
So does Whitmore. . .but I totally get not passing.
